We can provide full-process quality control documents, including:

• COA (Certificate of Analysis):
  Each batch of products is accompanied by an original factory test report, including key indicator data such as composition, purity, and impurities.
• MSDS (Safety Data Sheet):
  Complies with GHS standards, covering physical and chemical properties, first aid measures, storage and transportation requirements, etc.
• SGS/third-party test report:
  According to customer needs, international organizations such as SGS and Intertek can be commissioned to conduct tests and provide authoritative compliance reports.

• Flexible payment methods:
  We support a variety of international mainstream payment methods, which can be negotiated according to the order size and cooperation model:
  • L/C (letter of credit):
    Accepts sight/long-term letters of credit, and can cooperate with the customer's bank to complete the document review process.
  • T/T (telegraphic transfer):
    Applicable to regular orders, usually adopting the "30% advance payment + 70% see the copy of the bill of lading" model.
  • D/P (payment against documents):
    Open to long-term cooperative customers, and need to be confirmed after evaluating credit qualifications.
  • D/A (documents against acceptance):
    The buyer accepts a time draft to get goods now but pays the seller later on the due date.
  • Other methods:
    such as cross-border RMB settlement, PayPal (small orders), etc., which can be customized through communication.
• Prepayment policy:
  he regular prepayment ratio for new customers is 30%-50%, and the old customers or large orders can be negotiated to reduce it to 20% or adopt a credit period. For details, please contact the account manager to obtain a customized plan.

• Free samples:
  For first-time customers, we can provide 50-500g free samples (depending on the product characteristics), and customers only need to bear the shipping costs.
• Paid samples:
  Special specifications, customized products or dangerous goods samples are subject to cost fees, which can be deducted from the formal order.
• Trial order threshold:
  The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for trial orders is 1FCL, which is adjusted according to the product category. Trial orders enjoy the same quality assurance and technical support as large orders, helping customers verify product performance with zero risk.
